Event Details - Max's Oyster Festival
Sunday, August 3, at Rosedale Farms and Vineyards, Max Catering will host a traditional Oyster Festival featuring Chefs Hunter Morton and Steve Michalewicz of Max Catering and Events, the Connecticut Restaurant Association's 2016 winner for Best Caterer, as well as the teams from Max's Oyster Bar and Max Fish. Enjoy live music (TBD), and slurp some oysters.
The cost includes a raw bar featuring multiple varieties of oysters (see example list below), Cherrystone and Littleneck Clams, plus a variety of oyster specialties including grilled oysters, oyster stew, Savoy’s clam pizza and other specialties by Chef's Hunter Morton and the Max Catering Team.
The cost for kids includes hamburgers or Hot Dog, French Fries, Cookies, and Lemonade.
Cash bar (or credit card) will be available for sale and includes offerings of local craft beers, spirits, specialty cocktails, and Rosedale Wines.
This event has two seatings - choose a 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM reservation time at checkout.
